Questions and Answers:

Q: “Can we meet together in person to discuss my upcoming event and its proposed video before engaging your company for its production?”

A: Yes, of course! We actually prefer it that way if given a choice. Simply call or email us, and we’ll set up a free, no-obligation meeting at the location of your choice.

Q: “Just saying that I did meet with your company, called you on the phone, or sent an email inquiry describing my event, can you give me a quote beforehand as to how much it’ll cost me to have my event filmed and produced into video?”

A:  Although it's a little hard to tell you beforehand exactly what your production will cost we can and will, after gathering together all the factors of your planned event such as location (or locations), type of event, expected duration of the event, the number of cameras that you would like filming the event, and the type of format or "style" you have in mind for the finished video, give you the worst scenario you can expect as far as price goes.

Q:  “What is your availability, and how much lead time do you require for a booking?”

A:   Our required lead-time (assuming that the date of your scheduled event is still available) is an absolute minimum of seven days beforehand since we will have a lot of preparing and pre-planning to do once we find out the type and circumstances of your event.  Normally though; to make sure that you lock in the exact date that you’ll be needing us, you should contact us as far in advance as possible.

Q: “How long (after filming) will it take before I get the finished video?”

A: Show Biz Plus, Inc is an honest and ethical company and abides strictly to our “First come—first serve” policy and will not begin editing a new film when there are others ahead of it awaiting editing, but … we do have two full time editors and usually keep up with our work, so more often than not we are able to begin the editing of your video immediately after its filming.  The answer to your question of how long it will take before we have a DVD ready for your inspection is between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the video’s length, the complexity of it, and especially; how many cameras were used in the filming.  You can though, depend on six weeks being the absolute maximum.

Q:  “My husband is a "want-to-be" comedian, and would like a 10 to 20 minute video of him putting on his show.  Is that something that you would do?”

A:   Yes indeed!  With the right backdrop for him, we could film him to look exactly like any comedian you might see doing an act on television.  We can even dub in clapping, laughter, and an audience if he would like that done.
